FAQ: Question & Answer

For the OVC Comprehensive Services for Victims of All Forms of Human Trafficking grant, please describe what OVC means by "comprehensive services." Does my organization need to be able to provide all of these services in-house to receive funding?
Comprehensive services ensure that victims have support in accessing a variety of services, coordinated across multiple systems. OVC ensures the provision of "wraparound services" that meet victims where they are and helps victims express their choices while working through the trauma of the situation and interacting with the necessary local and federal partners. Services should be provided either in-house or through project partners.
