|On April 24-25, 2014, OVC TTAC will provide one consultant to deliver a 1.5 day train-the-trainer event, "Montana Victim Advocate Academy Faculty Training," for the Institute for Educational Research and Service at the University of Montana on behalf of the Montana Victim Advocate Academy in Missoula, Montana. This training will address adult learning theory, curriculum development, training facilitation, and training evaluation, and includes skill-building exercise. This event will bring together approximately 30 members of the Academy's steering committee and faculty-educators, emergency service providers, and victim advocates - in order to equip them with the needed skills to successfully develop, deliver, and evaluate the Montana Victim Advocate Academy.
