On September 23-27, 2013, one OVC consultant will deliver a 5-day (40-hour) training requested by the Forensic Nurse Examiners of Louisiana, Inc. This event will take place at Caddo Coroner's Office in Shreveport, Louisiana. The training will provide Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners with the skills needed to conduct pediatric sexual assault exams. Approximately 15 Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners are expected to attend.
