From delivering death notifications to helping survivors move forward while the progress of their case within the justice system may seem to be languishing, the workshop will provide the participants a toolbox to aid them in being effective in such sensitive cases. Approximately 150 victim advocates, mental health care providers, law enforcement, court, probation and corrections personnel, emergency and faith-based and tribal service providers, educators and prosecutors are expected to attend.
