A national victim advocate/speaker, Aurelia Sands Belle will be the guest speaker. The progeram portion of the event will be simulcast to three additional locations in Greenville, Charleston, and Florence, South Carolina. Victim service providers will set up displays at each location.

The event is open to the public. Invited guests include victim service providers, legislators, solicitors, judges, law enforcement, and victims of crime.
