The theme for 2014 National Crime Victims' Rights Week (NCVRW) is "30 Years: Restoring the Balance of Justice," to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the passage of the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA). This webinar is intended for those intending to submit an application to National Association of VOCA Assistance Administrators (NAVAA) for a 2014 NCVRW Community Awareness Project. The webinar will provide an overview of the NCVRW CAP project, application requirements and selection process/criteria.
