State, local, and tribal), law enforcement agencies (federal, state, local, and tribal), victim advocates (system based and community based), mayors, city council members, legislators, men involved in the movement, responsible fatherhood groups, youth groups, attendees from rural communities and underserved communities, judges, therapists and other mental health care professionals, crisis advocates, health care professionals, parole and probation officers, physicians, shelter workers, social workers, members of organized religion and the faith community, researchers, court administrators, paralegals, attorneys in private practice, dispatch operators, school administrators, educators, survivors, military, STOP sub grantees, representatives of the executive branch of government, children and adult protective services personnel, domestic violence trainers and consultants, grant administrators, domestic violence registry administrators, and any other professionals who work on behalf of survivors of domestic violence and their families.
