I am a U.S. citizen, living in another country, and I have been a victim of terrorism. How may I obtain assistance?
Victims of international terrorism may receive reimbursement from the International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program (ITVERP) through the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC). For information on how to apply for this program, visit the ITVERP Web site.
